Now VIBEX is available in a different form we call Gel Cells. We have taken our lightest weight VIBEX and encapsulated it between specially designed sheets of film. The resulting VIBEX Gel Cells creates a tremendous cushion designed to dissipate shock and energy. Cells can be made in any shape or size, as can the matrix in which they are embedded. Cell film and the gel itself can be colored to match any requirements. Total weight of a one inch X one inch X ½ inch cell is approximately 5 grams or 0.17 ounces. The photo above shows six Gel Cells on a film matrix, as well as our gel cell heel cushion.
